Some of our customer and business owners have asked us about pasture raised natural meats. We have decided that pasture raised pork would fit our farm perfectly. We are currently preparing the farm for our newest residents. We should be marketing our USDA inspected pork by late fall of 2009. Our goal is to produce a hormone and antibiotic free pork that has been raised humanely. If at anytime antibiotics are used our customers will be notified before purchase. Our goal is to not use medicines, however the health and well being of our hogs will not be compromised.
